Our Park

We have great opportunities for those with touring caravans and those who are looking for a beautiful holiday home in Lancashire that is equally near the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. Our caravan park in Lancashire is located in the peaceful woodlands of Carnforth, just off the M6 at junction 35. Carnforth is a small town with all the amenities, including a Booths store, various cafés, bookshops, and a picturesque train station.

We know that our proximity to national parks makes our location well sought after, but previous visitors will also extol the virtues of our services; guests bring any questions they have regarding our grounds or the local area to our reception.

If you can’t decide between spending your holiday near the Yorkshire Dales or the South Lakes, then our park is perfectly situated for you to enjoy the best of both worlds.

We hope that we see you soon at our caravan park.

You will also be well placed to enjoy the best of Lancashire. The historic city of Lancaster is a short drive away, as is the Forest of Bowland. Our caravan park is also located just a short drive away from the seaside town of Morecambe, where you can stroll down the promenade to catch views of the sunset.

Many of our static holiday homes have views of the mountains, which are impressive in all weathers. The fabulous views are an important feature for many of our guests, but we pride ourselves on the quality of our holiday homes. Many of our homes are fitted with verandas – perfect for a warm British summer, as well as beautifully fitted kitchens, stylish ensuites, and plenty of room between each caravan.

Peace and Privacy

From the second that you turn off Capernwray road and onto our park grounds, you’re sure to feel a quiet sense of excitement for the holiday ahead. Peace and privacy lie just beyond that line of trees, waiting to dissolve your worries into the fresh air.

Every aspect of our grounds is designed for your peace of mind. Our gas safety registered staff will ensure you have no worries about your heating during the winter, and we painstakingly maintain the natural sound barrier around our park for your benefit. The woodland that encloses and surrounds our grounds is not only rich in natural habitats for local wildlife, but it provides our guests with privacy, and noise cancellation from the local roads.

Beautifully Maintained

We hold an annual closing period in January to undertake important onsite maintenance, such as tree felling and other groundskeeping. We want to be sure that whenever you return to our park, it is the same quality – if not better – than when you saw us last.

The views from our park are truly stunning, but our grounds are extensive and include a variety of walks for active people to explore, including fields, woodland, and even the shallow river of Swarth Beck (great for dogs).

In this gallery, you can experience just some of the beauty that we have to offer from our caravan park. While our carefully crafted video will show you a more rounded experience, you can use the images to see our static caravans, views and park grounds at their best.
