The bright, airy living area provides a cosy yet spacious retreat with a freestanding two-piece suite, including fold-out occasional bed and scatter cushions, framed fireplace with ‘Bach’ electric fire, and a sleek coffee table. The open-plan layout flows through to the well-equipped kitchen, that is finished with those modern touches like soft close cabinets and stylish door handles.
The Platinum also includes a dishwasher, a 40″ TV and Bose sound system in the lounge.
What Else is Included with the Swift Bordeaux 2023?

- New and Ex-Display holiday homes are sold with a full 10 year Licence Agreement. Pre-owned holiday homes are sold with a balance of the
10 year agreement period. Licence Agreements are non-transferable. - Holiday homes are strictly for holiday use and cannot be used as a permanent residence. Proof of permanent residence is required prior to the purchase of a holiday home.
