PLEASE NOTE: Scratches, damage to seating, missing items, etc must be notified within 48 hours of the handover of your holiday home. Wear and tear is not covered by any of the above warranties.

Cosmetic issues and wear and tear are not covered on an ex demo warranty. However, these caravans still include the manufacturers guarantee covering the structural aspects listed under the heading new caravans.
PARK GUARANTEE
(Provided by Old Hall Caravan Park for EX-DISPLAY and PRE-OWNED HOLIDAY HOMES)
- Pre-owned Holiday Homes parts and labour are covered for 3 months for the following items:
- Structure
- Electrical System
- Heating System
- Water Supply System
- Gas Supply System
ALL HOLIDAY HOMES- PLEASE NOTE
Damage caused by frost is not covered by warranty. Always ensure the unit is drained down before the frosty weather, and not reconnected too early in the season.
